These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krikey11 .vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the krikey11 platform — including the casino game lobby, cricket sportsbook, account portal, promotional pages, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered visitors to krikey11. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of krikey11 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

krikey11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Use of krikey11 is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. krikey11 operates a strict 18+ policy. No individual under the age of 18 may register, deposit, wager, or receive any promotional benefit on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated by agents or third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from krikey11 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Registering or attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of any new account, forfeiture of any deposits made during the exclusion period, and potential referral for further review.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location at the time of each session.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points where krikey11 requests updated personal data for KYC or account verification purposes.

krikey11 verifies player age as part of its mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh) and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity during registration will be permanently banned from the platform. Any deposits made by ineligible players will be refunded to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated while the account was in breach of these eligibility conditions.

To access the full functionality of krikey11 — including depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• A valid, personal email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number (used for SMS two-factor authentication and account communications)

• Residential address within Bangladesh (city, district, and postcode where applicable)

krikey11 maintains a strict one account per player policy. Players found to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all duplicate accounts closed. At krikey11's discretion, the balances across all duplicate accounts may be consolidated into the original verified account, or all balances may be frozen pending a full review. Bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your krikey11 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify krikey11 immediately at support@krikey11 so that your account can be suspended while an investigation is conducted.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, krikey11 will request identity verification documents. The standard KYC documents accepted from Bangladesh players include the National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Additional documents such as proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registration) may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by krikey11 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are provided and approved.

krikey11 processes KYC submissions within two business days under normal circumstances. Players in the Black Diamond VIP tier benefit from priority KYC processing with a target turnaround of four business hours for complete submissions.

All financial transactions on krikey11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are available directly from the cashier section of your account:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳1,000

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your krikey11 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card and bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on banking network conditions. krikey11 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are independent of krikey11 and are borne by the player.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the krikey11 payments team within one business day for standard accounts and within four business hours for Platinum and Black Diamond VIP tier members. Withdrawals are disbursed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. The maximum withdrawal in a single transaction is ৳200,000 for standard accounts and ৳500,000 for Black Diamond VIP tier members.

Currency and Conversion: krikey11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All amounts must be denominated and transferred in Bangladeshi Taka. If your payment provider applies an internal currency conversion, the amount credited to your krikey11 wallet will reflect the Taka value received by the platform after any such conversion.

Anti-Money Laundering: krikey11 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Unusual transaction patterns, large deposits or withdrawals inconsistent with a player's account history, or patterns suggesting layering or placement of illicit funds will result in an account review, a temporary hold on withdrawal requests, and may result in a report being filed with the relevant authorities. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any AML review process, including providing additional source-of-funds documentation on request.

krikey11 operates a rotating promotional calendar that includes welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural and sporting events such as BPL match days, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by krikey11 carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed in your account's bonus wallet at the time of activation. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus expiry period — if the expiry date is reached before wagering is complete, the bonus and any winnings attributed to it will be forfeited without exception.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Video slots and crash games: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Sports betting markets (including cricket): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered on settled bets with odds of 1.50 or greater
• Progressive jackpot slots: 5% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Video poker and specialty games: 20% contribution per ৳1 wagered

Bonus Abuse: krikey11 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine play intent, low-variance betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements while minimising risk ("bonus grinding"), and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, krikey11 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the account with immediate effect.

VIP Bonuses: Players in the Platinum and Black Diamond VIP tiers may receive personalised bonus offers communicated directly by their dedicated account manager. These personalised offers carry their own specific terms, which will be communicated in writing at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.

krikey11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been activated by a player prior to modification, the terms that were in place at the time of activation will continue to apply to that specific active bonus.

By using krikey11, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times, including promptly notifying krikey11 of any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or residential address.
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicate betting operation.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and immediately notify krikey11 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction at the time of each session.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
• Accept that krikey11's game outcomes are governed by certified random number generators and that no outcome can be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action beyond the standard game mechanics.

You agree NOT to:

• Register more than one account on krikey11, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploit any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated fraudulent play in live casino or multiplayer game environments.
• Attempt to launder money or process illicit funds through the krikey11 platform in any form.
• Threaten, harass, or abuse krikey11 support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person or entity in communications with krikey11.
• Use the platform while under an active self-exclusion agreement on krikey11 or any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.

krikey11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request
• Detection of underage gambling or eligibility breach
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with the account
• Identification of a duplicate account in breach of the one-account policy
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers as defined in Section 5
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a positive balance (dormant account procedures apply — see below)
• A player's voluntary request to close their account submitted in writing to support@krikey11

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. krikey11 will attempt to notify the registered email address 30 days before dormancy classification is applied. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳150 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification step.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion directly from the account settings panel or by contacting support at support@krikey11. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. On Account Closure: When an account is closed at a player's request and all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, the remaining verified balance will be disbursed to the player's registered payment method within five business days. Where an account is closed by krikey11 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be voided and winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.

krikey11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, delays, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the platform's status page where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikey11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from use or inability to use the platform
• Errors in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that such errors are identified and corrected promptly and any affected wagers are voided and refunded
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking network outages, or compliance review procedures
• Any reliance placed by a player on information published on the krikey11 platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error

In any event, krikey11's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to krikey11 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through krikey11's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law. krikey11's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to support@krikey11 and allows up to 14 business days for initial resolution before formal escalation.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and krikey11 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
